This home was originally intended to be a major renovation in one of Wilmington's oldest and most venerated neighborhoods, Forest Hills. Unfortunately, the original home could not be saved. What started as a disappointment for the owner, however, led to the construction of an absolutely charming home filled with customized features, lots of light and beautiful gardens.
