Division was focused and prepared to deliver a budgeted settlement volume of 290 homes in 1995 with significant improvements in customer relations, direct construction house line budgets, house line schedules and quality. $68 million in revenues in fiscal year 1995.

Presided over weekly sales meetings and actively participated in customer inquiries, house line status, community status and mortgage considerations.

Implemented pre-construction, pre-drywall and pre-settlement orientation program to enhance customer relations and restore credibility of product.

Implemented the Production Department's involvement in customer service after settlement, and enhanced communication and understanding of Calton's warranty program among customers.

Participant of alternative land acquisition methods, model merchandising and 1994 market area business plan.

Comprehensive services for the construction of several custom homes in Virginia (budget, schedule, design and on-site supervision).

Responsible for nine communities, from land approval and development to customer service in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Established a new division in 1987 and achieved an annual $35 million settlement volume by January of 1990.

Division held to a steady and very accurate production schedule with a successful approach to goals, sense of purpose and achievement. Morale was high, outspoken and focused on results.

Built multiple award winning home in NVBIA Festival of Homes, Fall 1989. Out of a possible fourteen awards, received seven awards, including Best of Show.

Received personal written recognition from top management as one of the "finest examples of teamwork, organization and leadership witnessed within the company in recent years."
