Completed in October 1999, this 6,000 sq/ft custom home is located just over the Cape Fear River from Wilmington, NC. The community, Rice Hope, is located on land originally belonging to an old rice plantation.

With unobstructed views of Eagle Island and downtown Wilmington, the house is situated among a grove of southern live oaks draped with Spanish moss, dated from 200-400 years old. The original design for this home appeared in Southern Living Magazine, however, significant custom features were added to the home at the owner's request.
