Maritime Homes was privledged to be asked to handle a major renovation in one of Wilmington's oldest and most venerated neighborhoods, Forest Hills. This single family home retains it's original front elevation, allowing it to continue its seamless placement among the neighborhood's other homes.
The interior of the home, however, was completely modernized, and the rear elevation extended into the backyard in order to accomodate a large great room.
